For over a quarter of a century, Ronald has been quietly shaping futures and changing lives in Danville and Martinsville. His profound impact extends to both youth from underprivileged communities and those from stable upbringings who find themselves making challenging decisions.
Ronald, an ordained minister and the proud owner of Texture Beauty Salon & Barber, demonstrates service in its purest form. He has poured countless hours into the W.W. Moore Jr. Juvenile Detention Center in Danville, VA. There, he not only offers invaluable mentorship and spiritual guidance as a minister, but he also provides discounted haircuts to the youth. This selfless act, alongside his dedicated mentoring, speaks volumes about his character and unwavering commitment to those who need it most, ensuring access to a service that can boost confidence and foster connections.
Ronald's dedication has transformed dozens of young lives, making him a cornerstone of the Danville community with strong ties in Martinsville as well. We are beyond blessed to now have Ronald Pool officially on our NexGen Mentors team. Our appreciation for his tireless work and profound impact knows no bounds.
